I provide value by working with clients to cover their legal and regulatory risk by:

  • Insourcing: Helping in-house staff to transform and run improved operations by carrying out reviews and providing cross-sector advice and experience;
  • Co-sourcing: Working closely and collaboratively with clients and their other advisers to transform operations by providing specific expertise; and
  • Outsourcing: Providing fully external resources to help clients undertake specific projects or transform their business, including the running of improved operations.
